At London One, our Project Managers are accredited by professional bodies such as the RICS and CIOB. We ensure that your property is designed, built and/or managed according to a professional code of practice. Client satisfaction is guaranteed.
We sustain ongoing relationships with a trusted team of tradesmen. We know their strong points and specialities, so you can be confident that you’ll always get the best man for the job.
We take pride in our work, but at London One, we don’t believe in charging over the odds for our services. You can trust us – after all, our business depends on it.


Project/site managers

The main aim of project management is to eliminate as much of the stress involved with a building project as possible. Your project will be in the hands of a project manager assigned to your project during the design stages to ensure they have a full understanding of your requirements from the outset. This project manager will remain your main point of contact throughout the work, meeting with you regularly to review progress and answer any questions you may have.

You will also receive a progress report every two weeks, showing what percentage of the project has been completed – so you know exactly what work you are being asked to pay for.

Your project manager will liaise directly with everyone involved in the build, taking responsibility for scheduling specialist tradesmen and coordinating with any relevant subcontractors (assuming your project manager is not also performing this role), taking personal responsibility for the smooth running and timely completion of your project.

Property manager

Property is one of the biggest investments anyone is likely to have – so it’s vital that you have absolute faith in any organisation you trust to manage it. London One’s Property Manager is justifiably proud of the property management service we offer our landlords. When you engage our services, you can expect smooth running, top-class maintenance, proven tenancy longevity and, most importantly, peace of mind.


With many years’ experience, our architect is able to translate your ideas into plans quickly and accurately, ready to be assessed by our surveyor. We can get you from preliminary sketches to planning permission more quickly than you might think.

Building inspectors

Approved building inspectors will visit at intervals to ensure all applicable building regulations are being met to ensure quality and safety, and will issue a certificate upon completion. We will not agree to carry out work that does not satisfy building regulations and that work will only be carried out by trained and accredited professionals.

Interior Designer

London One’s designer has years of experience working with international design companies, and is well placed to provide expert advice and inspiration on colour schemes, fabrics and implementing structural design ideas.


Our experienced and knowledgeable surveyor can examine the structure and fabric of your building to assess the feasibility of the proposed works, and offer guidance on obtaining planning permission. They can provide advice on the size and practicality of the space and, where necessary, pinpoint any potential design or planning issues before they become a concern.
