Your personal property manager has experience managing corporate rentals and room-only tenants. We manage the end-to-end process, including advertising for and interviewing prospective tenants, checking in and out, and efficiently addressing any issues or concerns that you or your tenant may have.

Property maintenance

London One’s team of tradesmen is on hand to deal with any household emergencies or maintenance issues that may occur, including everything from repairing or replacing washing machines and ensuring a regular gardening programme, to professional top-to-bottom cleaning during periods of tenant transition.

Your dedicated property manager is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for you and your tenants.

What will you charge me?

With London One property management, there are no standard monthly fees or hidden costs, and we’ll only charge you if you’re property is let – it’s up to us to make your property work for you, after all. Typically, we would ask for 11% plus VAT on a three-bedroom house.
